About Us

Nat Stern, Managing Director - began his career in the healthcare industry as a Biomedical Engineer in NYC. After developing his expertise in patient monitoring, clinical laboratory systems, diagnostic imaging and treatment systems, he turned to the private sector where he managed both support and sales operations for a number of Fortune 500 medical technology companies. His experience in overseeing complex capital projects, negotiating strategic partnerships, and managing multi-disciplinary teams coupled with his passion to provide a higher level of support and client satisfaction to the healthcare technology consulting field lead to the formation of The River Group, LLC. Nat is former Chief Medical Technology Officer at NY Presbyterian Hospital, a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, and has worked for such renowned organizations as, Hewlett-Packard, Honeywell, and Philips Medical Systems.

Over the years, Nat has developed strategic relationships with healthcare industry leaders in manufacturing, engineering, design, planning and construction, as well as numerous top ranked hospitals.
